This is how it goes every day in purchasing departments around the world.<\/p>\n

Orders are created retrospectively to give the procurement process the appearance of legitimacy. Transparency? Not a chance! The consequences: often unnegotiated price or payment terms, additional charges because the exact scope was not specified reasonably.<\/p>\n

One solution is to determine which orders are created after the invoice date. A simple click in WebCIS 4.0 reveals who is responsible, and corrective measures can be taken.<\/p>\n
