Hosting in the SoftconCIS data center
WebCIS 4.0 is hosted in an independently and physically operated server environment managed by SoftconCIS, located within a certified high-security data center in Germany. The infrastructure meets the highest standards and complies with the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification for information security management systems. The data center also meets the requirements of the TISAX standard. Physical access is protected by biometric systems with key card authentication, 24/7 on-site security personnel, and comprehensive CCTV monitoring with 90-day video retention.
Hosting takes place entirely independent of public cloud providers. Your data is not stored in the cloud, but within a dedicated, secured infrastructure operated and maintained exclusively by SoftconCIS. The environment is GDPR-compliant, highly available, and fully managed by the SoftconCIS team – with no third-party access.
We also rely 100% on green energy from renewable sources. This significantly reduces the environmental footprint of our data operations – without compromising performance or security.
