“Growing together” was the motto of this year’s BME Symposium on Purchasing and Logistics, which took place for the 49th time. Around 2,000 participants came to Berlin to discuss procurement trends for the coming year with like-minded people. Topics such as globalization, digitalization of the economy, and economic fluctuations are making professional purchasing control increasingly important. Our customer HOERBIGER Kompressortechnik set a good example in this regard. Karl Doppler gave a presentation on the implementation of smooth purchasing controlling, striking a chord with around 600 listeners. His principle of “what cannot be measured cannot be managed and improved” convinced many colleagues, who then visited the SoftconCIS stand to find out more about our solution with its dashboards and wide range of display and interaction options.
We are delighted with the positive response and look forward to all the projects that will follow. If you missed the presentation, please send us an email at vertrieb@softconcis.de and we will be happy to send you the documents.27
