Participants gained many new ideas and insights at the SoftconCIS Academy seminar on purchasing controlling held on July 13. At the new location in Municon at Munich Airport, 14 people exchanged ideas on topics such as creative input in reporting and controlling, handling indirect materials, KPIs, savings, and setting up best practice purchasing controlling.
